Even though the waitstaff and kitchen were short-staffed, I felt like we got our food super quickly considering how many diners there were! Our waitress Stacy (I believe her name was) was an absolute rockstar!

Our server made great recommendations and walked us through the menu as it was our first time there. I did not wait for a table as we got there right as they opened, but have heard that it gets extremely busy so I guess we were lucky, make sure you have a reservation!

Absolutely wonderful place to dine. Excellent food and service. The very best sauerkraut I have ever had! Loved the decor and ambiance. Be sure to check it out!

We were sold on the warm atmosphere,... read more... but the food and service were perfect as well. Best German cuisine I've had in Texas. We live an hour away but will be sure to visit again. Reservations recommended, and the kitchen closes between lunch and early dinner service. I'd call this a hidden gem but judging by the crowd of regulars it appears that this is just a gem!

We had the pretzel with cheese to start. For our entrees, my husband had the Oktoberfest bratwurst. So flavorful. I had the schweine (pork) wienerschnitzel with spatzle noodles. I also added a side of the Jäger sauce and highly recommend! It was absolutely delicious. We were too full for dessert but cannot wait to go back very soon. Food and the atmosphere is amazing here! This is the place I’ve been looking for ever since my Germany trip. Staff were super! Would definitely be coming back.
